guys i need to know for a reason. i know its personal, but if you dont know then dont answer the question.

Can you elaborate on why you need to know?
Most girls don't get their period at 9 but there are those who do. She has not revealed that information for public record because it is private and personal and no one has any business knowing. Why don't you ask her yourself if you need to know so badly, but don't expect her to answer.
