I've listed a very good site below for images in babies at different stages of pregnancy. I also listed a site called "Babycenter". Your girlfriend (or you, if you like) can sign up there to get weekly e-mails about what's going on with your baby each week. I have found it to be really interesting to follow along with my babys' development as they are growing.
I'm 3 months, too (well, 12 weeks 3 days) and it was wonderful to see the images of what the baby looks like now!

Go to pregnancyweekly.com and sign up for the newsletter. Everyweek they will send you an email explaining what is going on that week and a picture of an ultrasound to show you what the baby looks like at that particular week. Personally, I look forward to my newsletter every monday. It's just some basic cool little tidbits and advice for that week.

you can go to google and type in how many weeks your girlfriend is.. lets say 12 weeks.
so you would type 12 week ultrasound.. it will give you a bunch of websites that show what the baby looks like.

a lot of pictures on the net are pictures from pro-life sites that can be very biased and the pictures arnt accurate but you can go to

thats from a non-biased week by week pregnancy site. I opend it to week 12 for you because you said 3 months but you can use the look back and look ahead to go to each week.

i use www.baby-gaga.com you put in her due date, and it tells you what the baby is doing and what the baby is growing and stuff, there are a bunch of different things you can look at on there. there is even a calander that will tell you what mommy should be feeling, and what baby is doing (in more detail) so try that! i like it lots!

there will be TONS of pictures. you can do this for every week of the pregnancy! :)
