Though I don't agree with it for the most part, I think there are some instances where I could understand why someone would choose that path, like after a rape resulting in a pregnancy or obviously medical reasons. I especially don't believe in late term abortions. If you can't make your mind up in the first two months then too bad for you. Put the kid up for adoption. There are a lot of childless couples in this country that are desperate for children and cant have any on their own. I think that the second biggest crime where abortion is concerned is when it's just used as birth control. Too many people aren't careful enough in the first place having unprotected sex and just figure after the fact, "oops, I don't want a baby now, I'll just get rid of it". I don't believe that the government should be able to tell anyone what to do with their own bodies but there needs to be a little more self responsibility in this country.

I'm very much pro-choice. Your question is subjective, though. Right and wrong is a personal opinion. There is no fact on that. I'm sure you will get people on here who will say "NO under no circumstances is abortion right." I don't think so though. I think there are circumstances where I woman should be able to choose to have an abortion. (I do, however, only agree with first trimester abortion - and yes, a fetus is a fetus is a fetus) If a woman has been raped, is not physically able to carry a child to the point where it would kill her to have the child, and other rare circumstances, I believe she should have her right to choose.

I think that is a very complex question because there is many different scenarios for this. Personally, I think the pregnant woman is THE ONLY ONE who should be able to choose whether or not she can have an abortion, not her parents, not her boyfriend, etc etc. DO I think abortion is right, not necessarily..but I believe in the woman's right to choose absolutely. If the pregnant woman is in danger of dying during child birth or her body is not capable of bearing a child then absolutely should she be ablt to have an abortion. If she was raped and became pregnant, absolutely she should be able to have an abortion if she chooses. I don't think its very morally or ethically right to have an abortion because you dont WANT a child at that time...or if it is the wrong sex then you wanted..I think if possible people should try their hardest to get the child adopted into a loving family before they get an abortion.

I don't think Abortion is right or wrong....it's much more complicated than that.
I think because it's not against any USA laws if a woman finds herself in need of an abortion at this time in history she can get one legally.
Even if it became illegal again women will continue to have abortions just like they did before Wade vs Roe.

Religiously speaking it is wrong. Humanly speaking it is a choice for the woman to make and it is not up to me to say it is right or wrong. Compared to how it was done in the past I say it is right. If it should ever be made illegal again then terrible things will happen to women when they go back to "back door abortionists".

I dont see it as being right or wrong. The choice is up to the woman. The woman will have to deal with the emotions after the situation.
Personally, if I was faced with a situation where aboration is a choice... I wouldnt see it as wrong. I am the one to live with the consequences...

Of course, this is an unanswerable question; however, I will tell you that it is definitely WRONG to bring a child into this world if it is not going to be loved and cherished unconditionally. It's wrong for the child, and it's wrong for society. Orphanages are not a solution either

yes i think it is right. i would never want to raise a baby that was from a rape or an accident...and adoption is an option of course, but i would not want to take the chance of falling in love with the baby when its born..and then not being able to take care of it.
also i think its a womans choice and men shouldnt waste any time wondering about it...because they have no say. its not their bodies.

I think it should only be used to terminate a pregnancy where there is a birth defect of some kind, but it is used for birth control, sex selection, etc. We are sicko's

It depends on the situation and what is best for the individuals concerned. A complex question, but easy to oversimplify. I don't think it is our place to judge individuals for their decisions, whether they are doctors who give abortions or women who have them. We should try to support parents and children in every possible way.
