Hi guys, I have a research essay due in for my sociology unit, the catch is, I am required to devise a question of my own.
The unit itself is about social movements, social theories. And the essay question's focus is to be on contemporary social movements, or problems in social movement theory.
The essay can look at historical case studies, but must be answered from contemporary perspectives and what not.
So, does anyone have any ideas? I'll still be talking to my lecturer about it, but I thought you guy's might have an idea for a question.
Thankyou.
Btw, this is for a third year class at University.

Thanks guys.
Someone asked about what exactly the class was about it. Simply put we are learning about 'social movements' the kind of movements for example, in which a group of people gather together to argue their case for a change in say for example the workplace. (so a union) what we also look at is 'social theories' so why the movement would have happened as it did.
Hope this makes sense.
