You need GTA LCS unpatched (with firmware 2.0) to downgrade your psp from 3.03 to 1.5. But you also need a downgrader that you can download at http://www.noobz.eu
You can also visit http://www.dark-alex.org for other updates.
But the best way is to visit some psp forums and ask the geeks there !!
