How does a paypal account work? I wan to buy something on e-bay without using my credit card or bank information. All I want to use is money order but the guy doesnt accept. How does this thing work?

You'll need a bank account or credit card number on file with PayPal. You register your info with PayPal so that the person at the other end (buyer or seller) doesn't have access to your financial info. PayPal will debit your account the correct amount and transfer it to the seller's account. Once they receive payment, which is pretty much immediate, they're supposed to then send your purchased item.

If the seller won't take a money order, you're going to have to set up a PayPal account or work out some other method of payment with the seller.

Try a money order but if the dude wont accept it ur screwed unless you set up a paypal account

paypal account is not that good..
u may exposed to scam..
try to convince the seller by using wire transfer or bank deposits.
