By the way if you're going to answer, don't talk about potential. It's called Rookie of the Year Award, not rookie of next three years award. And maybe the Blazers deserve to win something because they lost since Rasheed left.

Brandon Roy, even without Bargnani's injury. The guy plays like a veteran in every way, which is what separates him. The other three on your list (good list) are good players with good futures, but they're all about potential at this point. They show glimpses of what's to come on occassion, while Roy brings it every night.

I really like Paul Millsap but he doesn't get the playing time he deserves. Bargnani need to play defense better and get a bit more court time. Morrison is inconsistent and will not win the award. Foye also have some court time and was starting before Troy takes over. He didn't produce and hence no award.

Roy will be the best choice here as he got plenty of playing time and is playing decent basketball. Now that Aldridge got to start, maybe there will be a change if he becomes a monster in the paint.

I choose Roy for R.O.Y. He's been an outstanding PG for the Blazers this season and looks to be the future face of the franchise. Brandon has shown great leadership with this young Blazers team and should be a team to be reckoned with in the next decade. He is averaging in double figures and about 5 assists per game. By the way, his teammate Lamarcus Aldridge isn't too bad either.

I like Andrea Bargnani but now that he is hurt, it is going to be a tough call.
