well 8 is good but if you got too get stuff done than some times 7 or 6 is the best answer but if u mean aty night yea 8 but like to take a nap before i would say 2 or 3 so u can keep your head in the game better

at least 8, but if i can i'll go for 9 or 10.

A good idea is if you take a 20 minute nap about 1 hour before the game (meaning you end the nap 1 hour before). This lets your body recharge, and you can perform better.

20 minutes because if you sleep any longer, then you feel grogy (spelling), and and shorter and you might as well have not taken a nap.

I don't get any spleep. I can't remember the last time I had spleep. Gosh, I miss spleep.

i always try to get as much sleep as possible. if you have an afternoon game it also helps you not to sleep so late so you dont feel like you're dragging when you get out there.
