Shaq and Kobe are both great leaders. They both try to complement the playing style of their teams. That attitude has made them successful. Shaq has agreed to be Wade's sidekick ever since he joined the Miami Heat almost three years ago. Kobe has only agreed to complement his team this season. Last season, the Lakers were a one man team.
Kobe and Shaq also both give their teammates pointers on how to be better players. Kobe helps jis teammates by pointing out their flaws and helping them correct it. Shaq is the same, except he has more humor value. I see both men going down in history as great leaders of great teams.

Kobe is a better leader because you can depend on him not to miss alot of games, you always see him pointing out little things to the younger players and helping their game improve. He can also carry a team that doesnt have alot of talent. Has shaq ever been on a team without alot of talent? No. In all Kobe is a better leader.

We all know that kobe is a better leader. Without him his team would be nothing. Although Shaq has stepped up and help his team a lot too but kobe is just better. Even though Shaq is getting old he is still good...yes..i love both of them!

shaq is way better even if kobe is improving the only problem is that hes to selfish and besides shaq is a center and kobe isnt

Kobe is of course. he shouldered the load even when he was playin with shaq. now he's leading the scrubs they got now. they would be better if everyone would stop getting hurt.
