I understand what you'r saying here , and of course you'r right , but individual cases only come down to a matter of opinion regarding that that one person , this problem needs to be rectified globally for the good of all , the rules and guidelines exist and it's these that are being applied , unjustly so , and it's these rules and regs that need addressing and changing , and i will support any motion to bring that about !!
