they might. it depends what kind of extensions they are.
weave (mostly black women have it) might come out if pulling hard
clip in extensions will come out
glued in big peaces might stay, might come out.
i have had all kinds of them - and i think if they havent been just done they would come out if pulling hard.

It depends on how the hair extensions are put into someone's hair, but if the extensions is secured then no. However, if it is not, then yes you can.

of course... it's not like they screw them to their head or something... and that would be mean b/c hair extensions are expensive to get put in!!!
