I was listening to the radio and they played "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" by John Denver. Does anyone know of any other "hoedown" songs kinda like that?

The Oak Ridge Boys' "Louisiana Saturday Night" comes to mind. You may also check out the ever popular "Put Another Log on The Fire"

Hal Ketchum's song "Small Town Saturday Night" comes to mind right away. Great song. One hit wonder.

Pam Tillis' song " Till All the Lonely is Gone" is another good one. It actually has a square dance coreographed to it. Search here for that one. http://www.dosado.com/cgi-bin/lib/shop-wrapper.pl?page=squares&shop=dosado&cart=4477539.6256

What about silly ones kinda like "Cotton Eyed Joe" or Highland Steer by Corb Lund and the Hurtin' Albertans. ( A lot of their songs are kinda kooky and hoedowny!)
