Those are not rumors...it has been a well known fact that he likes to smoke the whacky tobaccy and has done so for many many years...he was even busted on a fw occasions for possession...no rumor there, and I say, good for him.....

On September 18, 2006, Willie Nelson was issued misdemeanor citations for drug possession. Nelson was on a Louisiana highway after performing in Montgomery, Alabama, for a tribute to Hank Williams on what would have been his 73rd birthday. A search of his tour bus produced 1.5 pounds of marijuana and 0.2 pounds of psychoactive mushrooms, according to state police.[3] It is notable that just a couple of days earlier, Toby Keith, while being interviewed on The Colbert Report, stated that he has smoked marijuana on Nelson's tour bus. This fact had been known to Keith's fans, due to his song "Weed With Willie", which contains the chorus line "I'll Never Smoke Weed With Willie Again" (due to its extreme potency).

There are no rumors about it. Dude has saying numerous interviews that he smokes up all the time. In fact, I think he was busted for it a few years back.
Nothing wrong with it as long as it is only a part of your life and not the main focus of it. Too each his own.

REALLY, SO WHAT THAT IS PART OF WILLY NELSON. HE IS WHO HE IS AND THAT MAN IS A LEGEND ALREADY SO I DON'T THINK IT'S A BIG DEAL AT HIS AGE. HALF THE POLITICIANS LEADING OUR COUNTRY ARE HOOKED ON VICODINS, CRACK, AND COKE. AS A MATTER OF FACT OUR GOVERNMENT ALLOWS THE DRUG COMPANIES TO PRODUCE DRUGS THAT ARE ADDICTING AND CAUSING THE POPULATION TO BE LEGALLY HOOKED ON DRUGS SO THEY CAN MAKE A PROFIT.
SO IF WILLY NELSON SMOKES POT, BIG DEAL.. AT LEAST HE ISN'T PROFITING FROM HIS OWN MISHAPS LIKE OUR GOVERNMENT IS, AS THEY GET HIGH ON WORSE THINGS.

About two months ago there bus was pulled over and him and several other people were cited for possesion of weed and mushrooms. Hey if it worls for him good for him. i know johnny knoxville was quoted as saying there was no way he could keep up with on the set of dukes of hazard. He had to give up
