To whom?
I think I'd be an immigrant if I lived in Central or
South America, too.
Good luck.

Anyone really interested in this issue, please watch the following video. It is a hard science approach to the issues America faces with immigration. Very informative.

And yes, it is a huge problem. America cannot afford to care and house the current level of immigrants that illegally enter this country. Our immigration laws are there for a reason, not just to make life hard for others.

I live in Texas. Illegal immigrants clean our yards, build our houses, cook the food we eat in restaurants, even take care of our kids. They do menial labor that "Americans" aren't willing to do, and they do it willingly and cheaply. They're grateful for the work and send most of the paycheck back to their families. They are hard working, honest, polite, and clean. They are the bedrock of our economy. The state would fall apart without them.

People who think illegal immigration is a problem get all their information from Fox News.

I don't mind immigration; we're an extremely wealthy country, by far the highest per capita income in the world. We can afford to share.

What I hate is the breaking of our laws, the flagrant violation of our sovereign boundary, the drugs coming across, the setting up of a terror cell in Phoenix, AZ, the kidnappings, the weapons and the insolence of the nasty Mexicans who think this is their country.

I have no time for thieves, liars, murderers or druggies. Let them rot in the desert.

Immigration isn't a serious problem at all... It's the illegal immigration that's the problem.

Immigaration is only a problem if it is accompanied by violence and murder of the indegnous people.

The USA fears immigration since that is precisely how it took over the continent, sea to shining sea.

That's the price we pay for having a country that people want to live in.
