Totally. After being up all night long w/insomnia & having to go to work the next day...who wouldn't be depressed hearing their alarm go off?! The thought of facing a horrible day a work w/o the benefit of REM sleep....ugh! I'd rather stick rusty needles in my eyes!

Yes, especially if I have a morning class and I stay up the night before working on a project or studying.

Ya a few times .Hoping to go to sleep
and look at the clock just to get back up.
I hate it when that happens.

well no but i have woken up suddenly and was still really really tired and then i looked at the clock and saw i had to get up in like 10 minutes..ugh

nah, i ususally wake up like an hour or two before and then i cant get back to sleep...
