hellmuth makes that claim a lot of the time...scotty does it to be funny, but phil is serious when he says it...also matusow, he talks about how good he is too
where did you come up with gordon and hansen from, they are actually two of the humbler people on tour

First i don't think that any of them claim to be the best player in the world except maybe Phil Helmuth. But it does depend on the game and what kind of chips you get to work with, some of these players like Helmuth are hold em specialist and some like Doyle play well in all the games. For limit give me Jenifer Harmon, she even wrote a chapter in the new super system. As for no limit I'll take Hulmuth for sure, all of his bracelets are in no limit.
