When you go to bed tonight, set your clocks up one hour. Example: if you go to bed at 12, set your clock to 1:00. We loose an hour tonight.

Depends on where you are. Most places in the U.S. set the clocks one hour ahead. However, some places set them two hours ahead--Indiana, I think. So check your local news to be sure.

Officially...at 2:00 a.m, you should set your clocks AHEAD one hour...but you can do it anytime you like.
