I want to know how to throw the best party ever..a place food and decorations..ill b 16 in a lil while and i need to start planning..my bday is when its cold so i cant have a cook out please help..THANX

what is the big deal about turning 16? i agree, wait until you are 21...nothing big happens when you are 16. just have a normal birthday party.

There's nothing special about being sweet sixteen, wait until you are 21 to throw the best party ever. As of now i suggest you simply have a regular birthday party at your home / or hotel of your choice, thereafter you can treat your very close friends to your favorite movie either by getting your favorite DVD at home or else hop down to some theater. you and your friends will have a nice time.
