im saveing up this summer for earther a xbox360 or ps3
need to no witch 1 is worth it halo 3 is comeing out the november and i want to play it to????

I got mine for Christmas and at first I was upset because I thought I was getting a PS3 (my parents tried for that and a Wii but they were all sold out) and then I heard that the PS3's had a bunch of glitches, etc. in them and they weren't nearly as good as the XBox360. It is very fun and it's a great buy...one of the best investments for gaming systems. It's well worth the money...I love mine!! :-D

Hopefully Microsoft has fully worked out the glitches on the Xbox 360. It is a great buy. I have both a 60Gb PS3 and a Core Xbox 360. I wish I hadn't bought the Core System on
1/1/06. It had to be sent back 3 times and I didn't really like the deal plus I was desperate to get my hands on it. But there isn't too much I can do now. If you think about it the Core will cost you more than the Premium in the long run.
Here's why.
Core:
-wired controller 39.99
-console
- A/V & Power cables
$299
Premium:
- wireless controller $49.99
-headset $39.99
-20GB hard drive $99.99
- HD cables $39.99
- Power cables.
- chrome disk tray
$399 for that deal
By itself it costs $530.
And if you bought the core, now you would want a wireless controller, you need a 20GB hard drive, and maybe a headset for Xbox Live. Which is a better deal now. Also you might want to buy an HD-DVD player for $199. Making it even more. Now you know why I'm an idiot for buying a Core.
On the other hand the PS3 $599 but is not glitchy at all. It includes $1200 Blu-Ray Drive and a 20Gb or 60Gb hard drive. But it is a big investment and if I were you, then I would want to buy an Xbox 360. And until you have a lot of money you can't really invest $599. Even though the system is sick it can wait for a price drop.
The one main thing that separates the two is Xbox Live. Sure online is free for PS3 but you can't play with your friends if they have 360s.
OVERALL: Xbox 360 Premium Deal

The xbox 360 is a much better bang for your buck than the PS3. The PS3 may get better in the future, but for right now, buy the xbox 360!

xbox360 is not nearly as good as the ps3 but if you want halo u have to get the 360

i wouldnt waste money on an Xbox, PS3 is alot better...unfortunately halo is only available on xbox at this point.
