I thought that the stator was bad on my bike so I removed the side cover only to discover that halfs of two of the magnets had come apart.

If you don't have a dealer in the area you can get it at http://www.mrcycles.com You can look up the parts online and their prices are decent. I've used other online sites also like Bike Bandit. Both ship fast.
You can try e-bay for a used part or http://www.bikeboneyard.com
Make sure if you buy a used part that you get a warranty with it. Used electrical items are always iffy. If UPS drops the box, the magnets may break on the new/used rotor also, so inspect it well before installing.
If the magnet is intact and just came off you can bond it back on using JB Weld. If it broke then you are up Honda creek.
