Get ahold of me via IM or Email. I would like to try to help. There is a situation at my house you would find interesting.

No why would you want to go and ruin all of the fun things you'll enjoy in life by wanting to kill yourself? True, you didn't say you were going to nor that you've tried to, so since those two swings at bat didn't get a hit, don't consider the next swing which will put you out.
Tell me what country allows a 16 year old to have gender augmentation in order to become a transsexual? Better yet, where would a 16 year old get the money from?
The reason why you're at (or feel that you're at) the end of your rope is because you've taken too drastic and too large of a reach on life (as you know it). Don't be so concerned with becoming something else, first learn who YOU are NOW!
Don't rush things nor people...and even in taking your time, things and people will not be receptive of your choices in life. This is something you should be concerned with: how will you mentally and emotionally cope with issues surrounding your sexuality as a male.
You'll be surprised at the leaps you'll naturally take when you learn how to appreciate those tiny steps in life...enjoy yourself and live!

If you do not believe it may be the right time do not rush into it. You have plenty of time in your life to come out, its not a race. When you get older and move out on your own you could then tell him. You would be independent and there would be no fear of getting kicked out or him having any other negative reaction.
Also it is not just telling him that you are gay, but that you want to be a female. I cannot speak from personal experience, but I am sure this double strike would possibly be detrimental. You are 16 and have a lot of life experience ahead of you. And if you truly wish to become female, you also have a lot of psychological counseling that must be done before you can actually get the operation.
Do not harm yourself. It will get better. Stay strong, and just take it at a healthy pace. Some parents never accept the sexuality, but some do. I wish you luck with whatever happens. Take care.

hey!
i kind of been through the exact same thing!
you know what, killing yourself has never been the answer!
your life is too precious to be wasted over such a thing...
there are too many great things in the world!!!
i now feel that i am something special, different than all these people out there, i try to live my life, with some help from the people i trust...& from God too...
coming out has been occupying my head for a long time, but you know, i havnt yet, although it gets really bad sometimes that i would go and tell dad without thinking of his reactions!
it might get easier as you get older, when your parents would really consider any thing you tell them without trying to question you or even try to change your mind about it, coz then it'll just get harder...
good luck in your life and always remember that you are special...

First things first.... nothing is worth topping yourself over theres worse off than you. I think that maybe if you give your old man time to come round he'll be ok bout things. Just dont rush him. See things from his point as well as your own. Mabey he had big dreams and goals for you! every father wants there boy to be the best and the most manly. He's probably in denial with himself and just needs to find his way of dealing with your sexualty. He will at the end of the day.

I am in the same situation .. except im not a transexual ... and except NEITHER of my parents know. I just figured .. hey .. if im gay im gay .. if im not im not. Im only 16 years old im still getting older, things happen, etc. I just decided to wait until I go off to college ... You're feelings will change ... so I just will wait until then to tell them ... but if i feel different then i wont have to tell them anything. Stay in there man i know its hard believe me but its not worth killing yourself over trust me there are PLENTY of other things to look forward too in life, you're barely getting started! We have to stick in there together!

If he/s old fasioned and Spiriual and your Gay in a way that s pleaseing to God then all you really MUST DO is commune with him on a Spirit level. If any of the above are missing I don't think it will work. Also you might not be Gay.

I had the same issue. Remember you can only come out once, so make sure you're completely ready to handle whatever happens. I dropped little hints, talked to him about what he'd do if I was gay, tell him one of my friends told me they were gay, and then one night I finally told him.
Don't kill yourself, honey. ((Gives hug))
Good luck =]
