Best way to do this...
Create a game called "Rush me for 4ge" or any variation (Rush me 4 forge, etc)
Someone will (eventually) come into the game and offer to take you through the rest of normal for the cost of your forge in act 4 (random gems).
Or.. (and probably the faster way) you can go into just about any chat area and ask (politely) for a rush in normal non-ladder and TONS of people will be willing to show off their ability to stomp normal into bloody bits and rush you through very quickly.
