i can completely relate.. sometime i just think.. if they weren't going to answer they question ASKED then why bother at all?
it's like someone asks information about an abortion and someone leaves a reply like don't do it it's murder. well that wasn't what was asked so what makes you think it's cool for you to reply like that. it's like they want to rebel but this site to me seems to be for personal interest, entertainment, and helping others bit by bit.
the stupid one i got was this guy who said something like..
i hate people who word their questions like you just did so i'm not going to answer it..
ok yeah well by leaving that reply that was answer so he made no sense..

Just now, someone asked where he can watch Scrubs. I told him it's on NBC. He was probably referring to old episodes that he can watch on the net.
Someone asked, What is the best race in Diablo II. I told him the African-American or the Caucasian. I knew he meant class and not race, but I thought I would be a wiseguy. And guess what? I got a violation for it. It was 10 points well spent.
My favorite one is some guy who would post a reply with a ASCII picture of the middle finger, and he would have a short witty response to the question.

gah... one time i was asking a simple question out of curiosity about muslims, since i am christian... i was just asking a question... i did it in a respectful manner since i dont like bashing people's religions and stuff... and like so many people answer me back saying im not christian just for asking that question and stuff like that. well excuse me for being curious!! sorry, then, i won't want to learn about ur religion anymore so i don't judge it wrongly. it was pretty stupid, in my opinion...

i asked a q where i really honestly needed help, i was having a prob w/vista when it first came out... and i got an answer from a guy who said it wasnt the system, it was me, cuz i didnt know how to use it... and thats it! just sayin i didnt know how to fix my prob... i responded with "yes i know... thats y im asking for help.... thanx for not helping and makin me feel even dumber". blah. but thankfully, others helped,and i fixed my prob!

I dont know, but a lot of times i answer questions by saying "five." I say five for no reason :/ I do it in my geometry class sometimes lol
