**The mystery of Kate's nails may have been solved! Sarina wrote in to say that some of her fashion magazines have been detailing the come-back of that 80's retro-borderline-punk look and one magazine specifically directs you to paint one nail on each hand black, and to make sure it was a different nail on each hand!
So basically is a come back of the punk look back in the 80's. You're only suppose to paint one nail on each hand black **
