I want a song that isnt sad, it is happy.
I want a song that was not made for a joke.
Preferably some keyboards in it.

Sidewalk Surfin' by Jan and Dean is a '60s song. Maybe that's too early for what you're doing but it's cheesy and it's a song about skateboarding!
