You might want to learn how to spell its name properly first: Harvard.

You need excellent grades in HS (they don't care about anything before that) and to be involved in numerous extra curricular activities. You also need excellent test scores, recommendations and essays to get you into a good undergrad program. You then need excellent LSAT scores to get into the law school, along with more recommendations, preferably from professors you were close to as an undergrad and people for whom you interned.

Tuition is around $42K, or about $3K per credit, plus a few thousand for extras like registration and student life fees.

Well for starters, you can learn to spell correctly. First off, its HARVARD university, not haverd. Typical tuition can be expected aroudn $50,000 per year. You need top grades, plus numerous extracurricular activities, you should be involved in school organizations, community service, hold positions of leadership, etc. They start looking at high school records, but mostly they focus on SAT/ACT scores. There is really no other way to get in other than really studying very very hard, and trying to get a scholarship, or pay. If you have a truckload of money, you might be able to pay your way in, but I'm not sure. It's definitely a good idea to get all A's, especially since Harvard turns down 4 out of 5 valedictorians. Extracurricular activities are VERY VERY important, because the admissions people look for students who are well-rounded, not just people who study hard.

It depends what you mean by a State. Michigan State or Ohio State -- good, California State or Minnesota State, not so good. Most of the top private universities accept very few transfer students. Princeton, for example, doesn't accept any. Harvard and Yale accept 20-30 out of a thousand applicants. Stanford is even tougher. But the best state universities do accept transfers. You would do well if you can transfer into a public university like Berkeley, UNC-Chapel Hill or University of Michigan. But a third or fourth tier state school won't help you nearly as much.

Well to get into Harvard Law School you first need to know how to spell Harvard. Good grades are important. Good SAT and LSAT scores. Good grades in college.

Just FYI Harvard Law School is a graduate program. You have to first graduate from college before you can be admitted.

I would suggest you do a lot of studying and improve your English skills before you do anything else.

First, you need to apply to Harvard. If you can get into there, you should have no problem getting into the lesser known Haverd University

You have to get very good test scores and usually an alumni can help you get in. Look at Bush his daddy was an Alumni but Bush got in even though he had a c average

they're not going to focus so much on your high school grades as on your college grades and your LSAT results.
