What you do is you have to think that it's really stupid and that you're never really gonna meet that person, and in my case it was because he was getting married. This might take a while to do and it might involve some crying too. But, there's always a chance that you might fall in love with another celebrity in the prosess, which calls for another one of these kinda wollowing sessions, for me thats exactly what happened, so GOOD LUCK!!

Now this depends on which way the crush goes. A celebrity has a crush on you? Or you have a crush on them? Take a reality BREAK!!!!! My ex used to get all worked up over certain actresses - I told him to go lick the tv screen cuz that was as close as those women were going to let him get to them-lol!! Celebrity crushes just go away eventually or maybe you could like turn into a big time stalker and - and - oh yeah, maybe shoot a high level politician and - oh never mind somebody tried that and it didn't work -lol. I consider celeb crushes just silly fun. I know that if I met one, though, I'd be completely tongue tied. Just realize that they are not their PR, they're just human beings, and look for the qualities you find most desirable about them in people around you.
Love Johnny Depp? Look for a quirky guy who isn't afraid to be "uncool".
Leonardo DiCaprio is your cup of tea? Look for a boyish adventurer.
Crazy about Brad Pitt? Look for a cheating lowlife.

well i have had my share of them. orlando bloom, johnny depp, micky dolenz, even some members of nsync. and god who else???
anyways time is the answer. you will eventually move on. See I have the same problem with Dan Radcliffe. Its so weird! I wish I could just forget about him. He's like all I think about! its mad! but soon im sure i'll be ok and I'll live. my heart even burns! weird huh? so who are you crushing on?

Don't watch any of their movies/listen to their music.
After a while, your crush will begin to fade, and then become non-existent after a while.
