I have an iPod video 30 gb. How do you go to video settings and trun tv out to tv off

Hey Sakhi since you say you can't access the Video Settings it's probably because you don't have the Video category on the Main Menu. To enable the Video category go to Settings>Main Menu>Turn "Video" On. If this was your problem then the reason you could only hear the sound but no video was because you were playing videos through the Music category. So you might not need to change the Video Settings as I explained on your original question.

In the main menu, go to Videos, then video settings, then you can select
TV out- On/ Off/ Ask
