PROBLEM: I have silver bangles and i put them in the silver jewelry cleaner, but i accidentally left one silver bangle in it for about a month, then i found it in the cleaner and the bangles open from the bond and its a gray color and isn't shiny anymore. it looks like something has either formed over it or the silver came off. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?!

You can clean it by yourself, and it is very easy. Use a piece of soft cloth, extruding some toothpaste on it, and wipe the silver thing. You will find the silver become shining very soon. Then you need to wash it in the clean water and dry it. You can repeat it as soon as the silver changing to black. If you are a silver lover, I'd like to suggest you those beautiful things which I like so much.

depends on if the your bracelets were real silver or not - if they weren't then yeah, they shouldn't have gone in the cleaner; and you are just left with good memories of great bracelets.
if they were real silver, then you should be able to buff it out with a cleaning cloth. i use this cloth by "sunshine" - it works really well. (i got it at a local jewelry store) it works on yellow and white gold, and silver. i've done that before, and if you just rub it enough, not only does it take the film off, it will take any minor scratches off as well.

Silver cleaners are designed for "quick" use...as in, dunk it, remove it, rinse it, wipe it.. Chances are if you left it in a month you have ruined it.
