Easily one of the most incredible movies ive seen.
The character of Alex is performed exceptionally well, and really enforcing the idea behind the title "Clockwork orange."
(Focusing on the idea that an organism that can only do either good or bad has all the colour and sweetness of an orange, though inside is simply a wind up toy to be controlled by its creator).

The is a fantastic adaptation of Anthony Burgess' novel of the same name, written almost a decade earlier which persues the ideas of a youth demographic spiralling out of control from the elder generation.

My favourite technique, however, is the voice narration by Alex attempting to justify the crimes he and his gang of droogs commit during the night.

Really is a fantastic movie complimenting a fantastic novel.

Quite possibly one of Kubrick's best.

Disturbing, my little droogie. Vastly entertaining as well. Malcom McDowell was perfect. And "Singin' in the Rain" will always have a special (kick) space (another kick) in my heart...

At the time it was a classic & had interesting points to be sure. I dont think it could be remade though saidly & have had to study it several times for class projects. :)
