There's rumors that Jay-Z has been hanging out (A LOT) with singer Rihanna, to the point where he was talking to her for 15 minutes on his cell phone at a Nets game while Beyonce was right beside him, and she walking out the arena after finding out he was on the phone with her. Also, there's reports that Jay-Z was with Rihanna at his 40/40 club, and both of them was in a private room for more than four hours. So basically, Jay-Z isn't marriage material.

I think they will get married, if they arent already .. its good that they are keeping their relationship out of the public eye.
