They're supposed to. But Capricorns are actually more compatible with other signs -- even Ariens and Librans -- than Cancers, from what I've seen.

And Cancers do not make great parents. I am an Arien. I have a Cancer mom, and she's too moody and prone to suggestion and weak for my tastes.
