We got rid of the mop and bucket 3 years ago, and have used only the wet jet since. I love it, as it's so much easier than having to fill the bucket, rinse the floor, then the mop, etc.
I agree with the previous answer that you do need to do it more often. I notice our socks are black from walking around in the kitchen if I don't do it 2 or so times a week. However, we don't have a very big area to mop, so it's not bad at all. We also have special floors that you can't just use anything on, so the wet jet works perfect for us.
I also own the dusters, and don't know how I ever got along without them...especially for hair!!

I think swiffer is one of the best examples of our overly consumerist society and complete lack of respect for the environment. Every swiffer product I've seen promotes extra unnecessary waste. I've only used the basic swiffer, though I have to admit, it does a great job at picking up pet hair.

I love dry swiffer, and have made it my best friend! Who wouldn't from dusting to picking up everything off my hardwood floors. You can never win with dust, but I love my swiffer.

it depends on how dirty your floors are.. if you use the wet jet often it should work well. that is how i use mine because mopping seems too hard. but you should use it more often.. that may defeat the purpose of using it if you have to do it more.. i always vacuum or sweep the floors before i use it because other wise it's like i'm pushing stuff around.
