Read the school's description of the major. Also, figure out what the required courses are for that major and read their descriptions. Most schools have an online course catalog where you can find this information. This should give you a good idea as to what you'll be studying.
I am kind of curious though...if you don't know what you will learn and study as an Islamic Studies major, then why are you majoring in it?

You will learn about their God, and that they have to pray 5 times a day. You will learn that women should wear the "Hegab" head cover as old as 7 years old. It's a sin for men to look at women. Mohamed is the last profit and Alah is their God.
