On non-leap years?
I'd do it on 3/1 coz that way I have passed my b-day and better late than early I say

You have to celebrate your birthday on the 1st day of march.Why? well, it is just the same day only the calendar says that it is different.The Earth revolves and cirles the sun in the same manner on that day.Nothing changes.

I would celebrate it Feb. 28 & Mar. 1, which, by the way, there shouldn't be leap years because it's unfair to people like yourself.

March 1 on every non-leap year then Febuary 29 on every leap year.

I know someone who was born on the 29th of Feb and she celebrates on either the 28th or 1st March

Well, in that case I'll wait for 4 years to celebrate it because that way I would feel very unique & special but March is definitely a good month (now don't ask me why? lol ) so stick to it !! Belated Happy Birth Day..!!!!!

My friend used to celebrate her birthday on the 28th.
Then, for a while she wouldn't celebrate until the year of the 29th. Now, I think she's forced to do it again on the 28th, for her kids' sake, or so she says.
