Well I would say no! A baby does urinate in the womb but is still a sterile environment, and as far as I know they do not have regular bowl movements that usually only happens during labor if at all. Logically if you think about it their lungs are field with fluid so there is no air to be ingested,therefore no farts! Also everything the baby gets is passed through the placenta and air is not one of those.

If they had gas in their digestive tract they could. But since they aren't actually out in the air eating and breathing, there is no air in their tummies and intestines, so there's nothing to fart out.

i want to say yes, but i want to say no, burps are 90% of the time caused by air intake, BUT from a show i watched tongiht, gas is actually caused by bacteria in your digestive track, so this is def. an interesting question!!!

Well, they can pee and poop in there, so if I were going to guess, I would say yes. If it makes you feel any better, its all inside the amniotic sack so its not like its just floating around in there.
