Hmm...Seven out of Ten. Let me say that again...7 out of 10 do not like George W. Bush.
In just about every random poll taken in the last year or so to the present, George W. Bush gets around a 25% to 33% approval rating...25% to 33%...wow.
That would mean on average that 7 out of 10 Americans do not like him, do not like what he is doing, do not like what he has done. Seven out of Ten. Staggering numbers. To put it in a visual perspective, next time you are waiting in a line or in a crowded public place, count the people around you and do the math.
Does that figure sound about right, and if so, list the primary reason(s) why his approval ratings have remained so far in the basement?

I think he is in trouble because he is "The Decider".
I think he got shipped a faulty part thus making his decisions whack.
Add V.P. Cheney to the mix, again proof that W has a broken picker and we have on big cluster f@#k.
Oh do not forget that he never really won.
Money can not buy a president.
So the dictator stands in office while 7 out of 10 people stand apatheically by allowing it to do so.
We need to hold are congress accountable.
We vote them in.
America is too busy watching and voting on idol and letting the countries global reputation go down the crapper.
What a big mess.

7 out of 10. I believe it.
Why did he get re-elected?
If you put those in millions, let's say 5 out of the 7 people live in "blue states," so no matter how much they (we) hate bush, we still end up with a certain level of electoral votes.
Now, let's say that of the 2 left of the 7 spread out across these "red" states, only 1 votes.
Now, let's say that the 3 that loves bush lives across the country. Someone puts "gay issues" on the ballot and these people hop out of their trailers and drive their pick up trucks to vote to "preserve" marriage. If 3 of 3 votes, they get a monster number of electoral votes.
The map looks red....
...He thinks he has a mandate...he forgot about Osama...lied about WMDs...sent troops to Iraq without a plan/without equipment...and anyone who speaks against him is "denigrating the troops." He is unapologetic, unremorseful, and just plain arrogant.
....In the end, the polls don't matter. It only matters for people who care about what people think.

That's irrelevant. At least 2 out of seven of those voted for his reelection. Did he really change or are those voters to blame?
