the vacuum supply hose is split, disconnected or plugged. it is a small black hard plastic hose that goes to a vacuum "T" that is located close to the brake system master cyl. at the firewall. it is the only hose that goes through the firewall from the engine compartment to the interior. it is also the only hard plastic vacuum hose. usually the hose is simply disconnected from the connector. it will make a light hissing noise while the engine idles.

i own a repair shop and it sounds like one of the lower blend doors isn't working on it,and that will cause this to happen,it may just be a vacuum line off of it,,most of the time that's usually it,but you,ll have to look at, and inspect all of them to determine this, its not a hard job ,but will take some time to do,you,ll get it to working again, just finding which door isn't working can take a while though, good luck,i hope this helps.

My wife's did the same thing and it was the vacuum hose had come off. I took a zip tie and reconnected the hose then zip tied the hose so that it would not come back off.

sounds like the blend doors aren't working. check the other end of the control cables from the head. if they're vacuum controlled, look for a leak.
