No. He's not dating her, or Ashlee, or Michelle Trackenberg (sp?). He's pretty much girlfriend-less at the moment, but I read in Rolling Stone that he and this girl (who's name I forgot) are on again off again (currently off). She has spiky red hair and isn't impressed by the songs he writes about her.

I once read that in a magazine and there was a picture of them together, but you could tell that it was a 'friend' picture not a 'we're together' picture.
