Does anyone know how in Final Cut to make one object in color while the rest of the video is Black & White?

what i do is take the a program called avi2gif and break the movie down into a bunch of gifs and then use paint or any photo software then use movie maker to put it back together!

some cameras has this feature in them to do it by themselves
