I have been trying to sell this deer head and it was in my car, you could see it in the back seat. I was comming out of the store and this man walked up to me and asked" Is that a deer head in your car"? I said yes and I am trying to sell it, do you want to buy it for 20 bucks? He said yes but he had to go to the bank So I followed him, and he got the money and gave it to me and I gave him the deer head. This is the part I am concerned about, He ask my first and last name, instinctivlly I said it. Why would someone ask your first and last name? Am I being paranoid? He was looking at my lisence plate as he asked me.

Paranoid is the feeling that "everyone" is out to get you. What you felt was a reasonable sense of caution, and you do need to be careful.
It may not be anything serious. He might have simply wanted to know who he was dealing with, (maybe in case it wasn't a "real" deer head).
Maybe he was interested in you. I checked your 360 profile, and you're very pretty. (Guys like pretty women.)

And by the way, you made a great deal! One deer head for 20 bucks. Not bad.........

I don't know but it seems a little shady. It almost sounds like a private investigator is following you, is there anyone that would have hired one? I would check your bank accounts and make sure everything is in order and make sure you lock all your doors and windows till you know that nothings wrong. You can never be too safe, and it seems really weird someone would ask for your full name if you're selling them something and they paid cash.
