If this post could determine the results who would you vote for right now?

I would rather neither of them. I am a woman but i don't think i want to see a woman as president right now. Women are not for women.

I am also mixed with black, but i don't think i am ready for a mixed President either. Basically i hate change, or i fear change. Which is normal. However if i had to, i would pick...

Barack Obama

The only reason I used these two candidates is because of the media focus on only them. I am not saying that these are the only two candidates that have a fighting chance at winning, but I am saying that these two seems to be the only candidates that exist currently and are in the public view right now. I mean no offense to any other political party, this is just a vote to see where we stand between these two candidates. Esp since they will eventually have to face off against each other.

Also, I am a new voter and it is very hard to figure out who exactly is right for the job/role as president, since like I said before these two seems to be the only two candidates up for grabs, which leaves new voters like me forgetting that any other candidates exist.

I abstain. I will support whomever wins the nomination, but I am for John Edwards. He has the right message and has shown the balls to stand up to these neocons.

I would think Hillary Clinton would be a good candidate . Who knows how to run a household and work a full time job better than a woman. I know in this day and age we have fathers who take care of the home while the woman works, but most woman do work, take care of the kids and maintain a stable home ( majority are single mothers). I haven't been paying much attention to any specific candidate and their opinions. So I can't say that because she is a woman I would vote for her, but I will definitely pay attention to her and other campaigns.

I think Al Gore is running the best campaign of all. He's going around, delivering his message. If, during the absurdly long campaign season that the U.S. is engaging in, Hillary Clinton doesn't manage to bag the nomination by February or early March 2008, she'll look like a failure. But Obama doesn't look like he'll be able to go over the top either — a victory, for him, will mean stopping Hillary C. from running away with the nomination. At that time it's possible that the Dems will be looking for somebody who hasn't been part of a collective effort to commit pollitical hari-kari in the in-party political wars. Gore might find that he is under irresistable pressure to step forward. I'd give that about a 1 in 4 chance now, but am waiting to see how things develop further.

In this scenario, however things develop, Obama, by putting himself forward as a candidate, will be a rising presence in American politics and will be seen to have played the long game. Hillary and Bill will be like the Kenndy family, old favorites in one side of politics, but something like George Burns in American entertainment — either of them will always draw a crowd, but nothing much more than that.

I'm actually a woman who would love to see a woman President, but I am not going to vote for Hillary Clinton. I see her as faky. For example, she was supportive of the war in Iraq for a long period, I don't think because she actually was really in favor of the war, but because it was an effort to get votes. But I also don't think Obama has enough experience with his 2 years. So hopefully someone else will run or rise to the top of the pile of candidates I hope!

First, you'll get your chance to really vote in 2008. We have a leader now, so there is no need to worry about voting yet. Second, you have two other options besides Barack and Hillary. Also, really, there are other people who might become candidates. Just because some one is a different party than you doesn't mean you should shut them out. I think that is one of America's main problems right now, we are turning against each other by what party we are, what race we are, what religion we are. If we could agree to disagree on a lot of things, we could finally find what we actually agree on. Don't give up your right to research, and find out all you can about every candidate before you vote. Good luck and God bless.

If I had to choose from one of those two, it'd be Hillary Clinton. She's already been in the White House, and, despite him cheating, Bill was a good President. You know he'll be helping or advising her. 2 very smart people are better than just 1.

Currently I favor Obama. I giggle at the people who believe the whole Muslim thing. I gotta bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell ya!

It's a shame both Obama and Clinton are so ambitious. They'd make an unbeatable ticket, but neither of them would accept the Vice Presidency!

I like Obama better, but I would choose Hillary, because the Bill machine would be more predictable. I think what made Bill Clinton a good president is that he never really did anything.

I would or would not vote for someone simply because of gender or skin color. Now to answer your question, if I had to choose one of the two, I'd go with Barrack. I don't think he is nearly as corrupt as Hillary. Hillary scares the hell out of me. I think she is an antisemitic racist. Her and her husband invented the politics of destruction (Clinton war room).

Barrack has absolutely no experience, which might not be a bad thing. We've had lots of experienced presidents who simply sucked.

Since I am a conservative, I fortunately won't have to vote for either.
