Change the way you think. This will change everything you mentioned. You need to understand that we control our lives and we have the ability to make things happen with positive thinking and affirmative thought. Instead of saying I can't do something, say I can and follow through with the appropriate actions.

There are no accidents dear. If you cannot move it means you are intended to learn some lessons. Sometimes the best lessons are the hardest learned.

I did not move and get a new life until I was 35. I had a new baby and it was time to start new in a nicer city with fresh air and nature. So I moved and it felt so good to be in a place where no one knew me and my past mistakes were behind me.

I have been here for 25 years now and love it.

But at your age, I imagine what is pushing you to this thought is probably really a problem. I would think perhaps there is an adult you can talk to about this. Maybe an aunt or an uncle, or friends' mom. I am not trying to disregard your feelings, but things do pass.

Talk to your parents. They will be more understanding than you think if they truly love you.

Might I suggest while you are waiting to be old enough, that every day, you think of twenty things you are grateful for. I am breathing. That zit went away. I got a goal in soccer. Try to shift to a positive mindset. Be grateful for what you ahve from the heart, not because you are told to be so. It is very healing.

Everyone goes through a phase of wanting that. I can't begin to count how many times I have felt that way only to come to terms with things and be glad some things don't change.Whatever is bothering you will soon pass. Be grateful for what you have, for the people around you. If you start over, they'll be gone. But, life does have some chances to start over- to get a second chance. I have no idea what age you are, but if you're younger, clean slates include high school and college. And if you're past college-age, maybe you should try getting another job. These things offer chances to meet new people and learn new things, and give you the opportunity to start over. (College has been a nice clean slate for me!) Of course, if you feel it absolutely necessary, there's always moving, but that's a bit drastic. For now, maybe start with smaller changes in your life and see if that helps. Good luck, and remember to be optimistic! It sounds corny, but it really helps, trust me.

Edit: Personally I don't agree with the people here that say change how you dress, etc. Changing your appearance won't change how you feel inside. Who you hang out with can have an effect on how you act though. But for the most part, the most affective change is in attitude.

If you're not old enough to move then you don't have to worry about making a clean start for God's sake, because you have yet to make the first one, dear!
Focus instead on making the RIGHT start. But remember too, that the mistakes are what we learn from and that is the only way to grow, And in order to make those mistakes, you have to learn to let yourself fall down a few times. Think of it like this: If you didn't fall down once in a while, then you'd never learn anything, and you would never grow spiritually, you'd stay JUST THE SAME.
And God, how boring would THAT be???
Go out and live a little, It's a lot more fun than it looks!

You've taken the first step. Now think about where you want to be mentally.

Do you want different friends? Do you want different ideals? Do you want a completely different life? What do you want?

When you can answer that, write it down at the bottom of a sheet of paper. At the top of the paper write out what you are now. Now, between the two you can start filling in the changes that will make you into what you want to be. These should be small things. After all, big things are just a bunch of small things put together. They build on each other. You want your changes to reflect that. What small change can you make today to make it easier to make another change later?

Once you have worked out the list of changes you can make you can start making changes to yourself. Change one thing at a time. When you have that changed, move onto the next one. but remember to keep your list to refer back to and remember that your list is a guide, not a bible. You will have to modify it many times as you work on changing yourself.

The last thing to remember is that you cannot change the core that is you.You can only build on and improve on it.

Good luck.

Buying new clothes that reflect the NEW you would help put you in a new frame of mind. Even new shoes and a new hairstyle.

It's amazing what a whole new look can do to our psyche.
Explore new kinds of music and adopt a new past time such as a hobby. Pick up some magazines with articles and photos that would mimic the new you.

Go places and do things you've never done before but were curious about.

All of these things can put you in a new frame of mind and help mold your new personality.

I've done that before and it really helps you feel like a new person.

Well its not impossible to change ur self...some ppl will move to an entirely different place and start over...you dont have to...just try to be more open minded and try to think outside the box. Maybe changing the way you dress or the music you listen to can help...or the ppl you hang out with... u cant really tell someone how to change and be different because its different things work for different ppl...good luck finding ur self though :)

Start any way you want. Change your thoughts. This will move to your feelings, etc. It moves right on down the line. It's something you have to be aware of at all times. You have to keep reminding yourself so it's a lot of hard work. You can do it. Good luck!

Change from the outside in? Try a new hair style or new cloths that might emulate the kind of person you want to become. A new job and a new place to live might be a good way to start too.
