I am so confused! All of a sudden, C-Note is trying to hang himself! What's going on?

Yeah, I saw all that, but WHY was he trying to kill himself in the first place?

agent m told c note that the had to use the package that he was ganna send him or else bad things would begin to happen to c notes wife and daughter. then in the latest episode we found out that in the package was a rope for c note to hang himself. i think agent m wants to get rid of all the prisoners who broke out. then c note uses the rope but a guard stops him from dying, in my opinion c note used the rope and that should be the end of that cuz mahone never said that c note should kill himself, anyway we will see what happens next..... i love prison break

He was instructed from the beginning to eliminate anyone and everyone associated with Michael and Lincoln, just in case they knew anything about the conspiracy. That's why he made sure Abruzzi went down in a firestorm of bullets, killed Tweener, convinced Haywire to jump, and blackmailed C-Note into unsuccessfully hanging himself.
He told C-Note that if he did not kill himself, he would make sure that medical treatment for his daughter was stopped and that his wife was sent back to jail.

ye it wasn't a good ending. lol remember Michael was sick, " i don't know exactly what it was about" but he had nose bleeding which would kill him even earlier but the general helped him when Linc promised that he will get scylla for the general that's what he died of i assume (the nose bleeding) because at the ending when he was at the beach with Sarah he nose bled and Sarah cried.

he tryed but failed
and micheal and lincoln see the president to have their records cleared but then she says see backing down as president and now mike and linc, have to leave the country....and the president and her brother, really loved each other.......alotttttttttt.......if u know what i mean
