This is because we both are fat and difficult for intercourse. Pls help. If possible suggest different methods to get pregnant.

If you and your wife are so obese that it is difficult to have sex, it will be difficult for her to get pregnant. Women significant over or under weight have a decreased likelihood of conceiving and if they do conceive, they have an increase in rates of miscarriage (both early and late miscarriages). If you two want a baby, I suggest that first you both lose weight. It will be easier if you diet and exercise together, rather than expect her to do it all herself.
