I wouldn't know. I have been smart enough not to watch it.

I know. It's totally staged. I don't know about the people, but those fifth graders are either given the answers ahead fo time, or they just bring in the smartest kids they can find. It's just not normal for anyone to get every question right. I also love how Jeff Foxworthy makes fun of the people; like he could do any better!! I am sure it will get cancelled. The game shows that they have been coming out with are pretty sad.

I think 99% of television is STUPID today. I never watched it, but they probably do that so ppl will watch it to see the ppl act stupid so they can talk about them to their friends. Look at Jerry Springer it's pathetic ppl watch this garbage, but they feel like they have something to talk about, Sad But True. Yes I feel I am more knowledgeable than ppl that waste their lives in front of TVs 24/7. I have better things to do with my time.

***There are some shows that are decent, but most of it is for shock value.***

>This generation likes to Criticise anything Who's the better celebrity? Who wore what? Who's the better football player? The Yankees are the best?>YES, J/K, well no I'm not kidding. BUT to get to the point when TV companies realise this they give ppl something to criticise or judge WHY? To Make $$$$$$ I'm just glad ppl realise it's STUPID!

(I should also note I used to watch TV at night and early morning, but stopped for a week, it's an experiment don't ask. Due to the fact I stopped I realised how stupid TV is, although I'm sure I'll watch certain shows after a week BUT I may actually not who knows let's see where this experiment leads me.)

I couldn't make it through the first episode. It just frustrated me to watch adults make fools of themselves on national television. I teach 3rd grade and was disgusted at the willingness of the contestants to tell the world how stupid they are. It's as if the message of the show is, "We know Americans are incredibly dumb and that it's a sad commentary on our country, but by golly, it's knee-slapping funny too!" It drives me crazy. How in the world can we be taken seriously when we're willing to churn out crap like this? What bothers me the most about it is that the show made the top 20 more than once. If anything, that just proves how stupid people are for CONTINUING to watch it.

It is the most scripted show on TV. Everything is planned, set-up, and rehearsed way ahead of time. And when you take into consideration that Jeff Foxworthy is dumber than a 1st grader, it all adds up to the most boring, trite, forced show I've ever seen. Fox should be embarassed. This show can't last more than another week.

For some reason it has been getting really good ratings. I can't stand it. I tried to watch the first episode and it was terrible. You cannot tell me that they don't give those annoying little kids the answers before the show. I hope they take it off the air before very much longer.

What's really sad is the premise - that

1) the network thinks a significant portion of america is that dumb.

2) that enough contestants are that dumb

3) that enough viewers are that dumb to make it popular

4) that the episode I watched I was stumped by 4 questions...

arggghhhhh!

ahem I love that show! And um, I just happen to be a fifth grader, and I most certainly am NOT annoying! That must make you a child hater.hmmmmm... So you would watch a show every thursday even though you hate it? You need to fix your priorities person... stop being mad about a show and start fixing your eyes on more improtant things like A LIFE!

I watched five minutes of it last week, and it was possibly the worst thing I've ever seen on TV. Absolutely awful!
