go to the website for that chain and you can email complaints. I had this happen last year at a fast food restaurant and did just that and the next time I went there the manager had been fired. They take it very serious.

you go above their head to the General Manager or the District Manager. Most fast food restaurants have an 800 number you can call to make a complaint.

Not eating there anymore doesn't affect the manager, nor the employee's they won't even notice. A lot of fast food places have their owners name or email on the outside wall near drive through so you can see it from your car, contact the owner or the operator of the restaurant, if a manager is rude to you a paying guest, imagine how he is to the people he works for.

no, that wouldn't do any good. But, you can complain. Call HQ or go to the website and email corporate. They might even send you some sort of incentive to make up for your bad experience. Other than that, you can confront the manager the next time they are rude ... but, would that be worth it?

No, you can't tell the manager. But, you can ask for the address of the district manager, when he isn't there. Go in on another day, and another shift at the same store....and ask the manager on duty then.
Or google the corporate address of the company. You can go to their website and click on their "contact us" icon.
Go get 'em! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

most resturants post a telephone number "for comments or complaints" or have comment cards w/home office address.
Either call the number or use the address on the cards and write them a letter. OR..... call another location of the same resturant you what to complain on & ask them how to contact a district manager, home office etc. When asking the new location, be sure to tell them your complaint is not about their store or service, but one of their other resturant locations.

I'd say go to a different restaurant and put in a negative remark to the supervisor of the manager.

Wow... rude manager? That's strange. Normally managers kiss customer @ss whenever they get a complaint. They'll hand out free food-whatever. (Although they may talk about you behind your back later on...)
Call corp. on him. Do whatever you have to. They'll take care of it.

Usually on the bags of fast food places or on your receipt there is a number to call about you experience that day. My family and I had a bad experience at Wendy's and we called the number they apologized and ended up giving us some free coupons as compensation.
