you unplugged the phone wire from the modem your computer is hooked to or you plugged the phone wire in the wrong hole on the modem it goes in the top 1 heres a simple test take a phone plug it in to the top phone jack on the back of the modem if you hear dial tone you need to run a phone wire from the modem to the phone jack in your house that it use to be plugged into the dial tone comes from the modem and feeds all the phone jacks in the house from a phone jack in that room

When you moved your computer and modem you must have also disconnected the phone line from the modem (MTA). Since the MTA creates your dial tone and your Internet service and your Internet is working than you should have dial tone coming from the MTA also. I am guessing that your home phones are plugged into separate jacks throughout your home. So if you disconnected the phone line from the MTA to the rest of the house it is an easy fix. Just plug the phone line back into the wall and then back into the jack marked LINE 1 on the back of the MTA. If you plug the phone line into a different wall jack in your house and it does not work then you may have a wiring problem in your house and should call out a Time Warner tech to fix it. Also if you have a monitored home alarm and you have plugged the phone line into a different jack than you should call Time Warner or you alarm provider to rewire the alarm to the new point of entry for the dial tone to alarm.

If your saying that you receive TW bundled services /w Cable, Broadband ISP and phone service, The cable and the broadband Internet work of the same cable, however the phone service comes off a modulation multiplexer inside the TW demarcation location on the side of your house
or apt. From there it is just a single pair of wires, but most often this connection is not interconnected with the inside phone wiring from room to room. So you will either have to make these connections inside the RJ11 wall plates or call TW for inside wiring.
