Not one moment that they showed concerning the wife was in the graphic novel. I found myself waiting for her parts to be over with so I could get back to watching the fighting.

I also noticed some little things, such as them not throwing the baby off of the cliff. I guess I am just a stickler for details for things like that. Also, I enjoyed the Leonidas from the graphic novel better than the one from the movie. Some of his coldness and humor weren't displayed enough to me.

It's a movie, I highly doubt public would take well to a baby being thrown over a cliff, much less how it is accepted as being anti-persian (which is total bullshit). I found it to be a nice touch to the film. Made the breaks in fighting perfect to relax and inform the viewers what is happening at home. How the queen in those times really is treated and respected, and how the people work around something of that magnitude happening.

Great movie, and great graphic novel.
