I use toms of maine. No sugar, no colors.

I use toms of maine toothpaste.....no sugar! I cannot believe most of the public doesn't know about this! Thanks for opening their eyes! Did you know cows milk contains puss from the mother cows swollen udders? Yeah, sounds yummy....bet you'll think of that tomorrow morning with your bowl of cheerios!

Well, let's be real, first of all you are talking about sugar vs an artifical sweetner. Ok, yes, they do use a bit of it to make it easier to use and the taste not so awful. But you aren't using sugar, which would rot your teeth. Also, if you use natural toothpaste, tastes awful, but no additives, no sugar.

This reminds me of the sparkling kids' toothpaste from a few years back. Indeed, it resulted in more hyperactive cavity filled kids than candy bars.

I use baking soda myself.

Mine has sodium saccharin in it; however, I think it is different from just plain saccharin. Also, the active ingredient is sodium fluoride, so I think it's like salt in cookies. It has a purpose but not a big effect on the outcome.

well my teeth have not fallen out yet and I have sugar probably everyday, so it's alright with me
